A course for the complete beginner. Students are given the basic techniques and theory necessary in order to make their first steps into the world of breath-hold diving. The emphasis is on efficient breathing, relaxation, and sensitisation of the body to being underwater — along with correct technique, safety, and the means to enjoy the experience as much as possible.
AIDA 2 Star certification is available on this course for an additional $30. The teaching is the same; the certification follows the AIDA course structure and gives you a recognised qualification to dive elsewhere.

A generalized freediving course that caters for students of a wide level of ability, from a relative beginner to an experienced freediver. Theory lessons, practical sessions in the sea and classes of yoga and relaxation fill the days, and there is the opportunity to try all disciplines of freediving, and take home videos of your dives. You'll advance your efficiency and technique through video analysis, deep diving strategy and advanced theory.
The final day is elective, and students can choose between snorkelling, spearfishing, or further training in Dean's Blue Hole, with a seafood meal to round up the week.

A four-day advanced course that focuses on the specific discipline of freediving without fins or any other form of assistance. Dubbed by some as 'pure human aquatic potential', this discipline is both the most demanding and the most rewarding. William Trubridge is the current world record holder in no-fins freediving, and will use videos, demonstrations, and exercise drills to perfect students' technique whilst maintaining their own personal style.

A mostly practical course designed for those who already have freediving experience and are looking to focus on training. Six days of consistent time on the line, run across a week with a rest day in the middle, and lectures on equalisation, dive strategy and more filling the surface intervals.
Less classroom, more water. Suited to divers who know the fundamentals and want depth, consistency and coaching rather than a syllabus.

Courses take a handful of students at a time, so in-water instruction is maximised. The group size and conditions allow you to focus on the disciplines of your choice — teaching is tailored to each person's ability rather than to a syllabus. World class freedivers are often also sharing the blue hole, leading to inspirational dives happening on the line right next to you.
Most people arrive not knowing what they're capable of. Almost everyone leaves having gone deeper than they expected.
